Next generation. Same network: With FRZ NXTwork, FRZ Flughafenregion Zurich is creating a platform for next-generation leaders (approx. ages 20–40) who are ready to take responsibility, grow professionally, and connect with like-minded peers.
NXTwork brings together today’s business community with the leaders of tomorrow – in a personal, meaningful and inspiring way. It deliberately complements the existing FRZ network with fresh perspectives and contemporary formats.
The goal is to establish NXTwork as Switzerland’s most relevant and personal business network for the next generation of leaders –strengthening the future readiness of the network, increasing diversity, and actively involving younger decision-makers.
NXTwork places a strong focus on the setting: conversations at eye level, informal events and a straightforward, open atmosphere. This creates space for honest exchange and new perspectives – regardless of title or role.
Content direction is led by Yvonne Szeimies, Event Manager at FRZ Flughafenregion Zürich.
As part of the next generation herself, she understands the expectations of this target group from first-hand experience.
